Fredagen den 18 november låg kärleken i luften när det var dags för BröllopsGuidens årliga bröllopsfest – Bröllopsgalan by BröllopsGuiden. Kvällen till ära bjöds det på champagne, snittar, bröllopstårta, godis, goodie bags, underhållning och självklart en möjlighet att föreviga kvällen i vårt fotobås – en riktig festkväll helt enkelt!
Att planera ett bröllop ska vara kul men som vi vet är det många bitar som ska falla på plats, så nu när vi ändå är inne på bröllopstema kommer här fyra snabba tips som kanske kan hjälpa dig på vägen mot ditt drömbröllop. 4 tips för att göra ditt bröllop till succé
1. Inbjudningarna
De är det första som gästen ser och sätter tonen för bröllopet. Så tänk på vilket budskap du vill förmedla och var noga med att ha med den information som är viktigt att veta om just ert bröllop. Missa ingenting med hjälp av den här listan.
2. Gratis bar… eller gratis smekmånad?
Traditionen säger att gästerna ska köpa med sig en bröllopspresent till brudparet och att brudparet i gengäld bland annat bjuder gästerna på öppen bar under festen. Trenden är dock att det blir alltmer vanligt att brudparet ber gästerna att, istället för att köpa presenter skänker en slant till smekmånaden. Berätta er önskan redan i inbjudan men glöm inte heller att ställa fram en skylt i baren där ni berättar att pengarna från kvällen blir bidrag till bröllopsresan.
3. Checklista för fotograferingen
Det brukar vara mycket man vill föreviga med ett foto under ett bröllop, så ta en kväll tillsammans med din framtida make/maka och gå igenom bröllopsdagen – från att göra sig i ordning på morgonen till småtimmarna på festen. 4. Hashtags och instagramskrivare = sant
Eftersom att bröllop brukar vara en riktig fotofest se till att ha en hashtag endast för ert bröllop, exempelvis #belenkisbröllop2016, och låt alla tillsammans samla minnen från er stora dag. För att komma ifrån det där med engångskameror hyr istället en instagramskrivare så printas alla bilderna som läggs upp under era valda hashtag direkt på festen. Givetvis får ni också digitala kopior efter eventet också! 🙂 Glöm inte att sprida er hashtag med hjälp av någon av de här skyltarna.

On Friday the 18th of November love was in the air when it was time for the Wedding Guide’s annual wedding party – Wedding Gala by the Wedding Guide. All guests were treated to champagne, canapés, wedding cake, candy, goodie bags, entertainment and of course the opportunity to have their photo taken in our photo booth – simply a great night!

4 tips to make your wedding a success
1. The invitations
They are the first thing your guests sees and will set the tone for the wedding. So think about what message you want to convey, and be sure that all the information that is important for your guests to know is included. If you want to make sure you don’t miss a thing take a look at this list.
2. Free bar … or free honeymoon?
It’s tradition for the guests to bring a wedding gift to the bride and groom and the bridal couple in return treat their guests to an open bar during the party. The trend, however, is that it’s becoming more common for the bride and groom to ask their guests to instead of buying gifts donate money to the honeymoon. Let your guests know what your wish for in the invitation, but don’t forget to place a note in the bar where you explain that the money from the evening will contribute to your honeymoon.
3. Checklist for photos
There tends to be a lot of moments that you’d want to capture in a photo during a wedding, so take an evening together with your future husband/wife and go through your wedding day – from the getting ready in the morning to the late hours of the party. 4. Hashtags and Instagram printer = true
During weddings your guests are likely to take a lot of photos with their phones and upload them on Instagram, so make sure to have a hashtag only for your wedding, f.e. #belenkiswedding2016, and let everyone together collect memories of your big day. Don’t buy disposable cameras, instead rent an Instagram printer and you’ll get all the images that are posted under your chosen hashtag printed directly at your party. Of course you also get digital copies after the event too! 🙂 Spread your hashtag using one of these signs.
